努力跳躍 - 讓我们一同使讚美操遍滿澳洲每一角落

醞釀多年的讚美操福音事工，在神的带领和張吉成牧師的發動下, 讚美操事工在澳洲墨爾本2012年正式開始。 在短短差不多年半的時間，澳洲墨爾本讚美操很多事工已經順利進行。例如在推廣工作方面，澳洲讚美操己得到多間教會的支持和邀請，到訪不同教會分享讚美操福音事工。在培訓方面，直到目前為止，已有超过八十位來自不同教會的姊妹願意接受培訓装備。她們同心希望藉著讚美操，能接觸到更多教會以外的朋友，分享她們的信仰。在去年五月份開始，讚美操隊更在墨爾本中文學校推廣讚美操，將讚美操介绍給學生和家長們認識。

得到神的祝福, 讚美操在墨爾本的工作亦己經得到多間澳洲社區服務机構的認同，多次被邀請到不同聚會示範和教導讚美操，反應非常好。给讚美操老師們有很多機會向非基督徒學員分享福音。今年 (2013) 中國新年，讚美操隊更被SBS民族廣播電視台邀請,作户外年宵表演。讓更多人（中西人仕）透过讚美操，認識主耶稣基督。盼望在明年2014年, 神派遣更多的同工參與讚美操事工, 使讚美操事工能遍及澳洲全國各省. Hallelujah ! ! !

When and how I started learning about the praise dance - Eunice Teoh

In 2003, Rev Teoh came back from Hong Kong and brought back Volume 1 of the Praise Dance for me. After watching the DVD, I was very excited and liked the exercise so much that I started to learn it everyday. In a short period of time, I was able to do all the exercise movements. I rang up Wu Mei Yun (The producer of Praise Dance) and told her how much I enjoyed her exercise and prayed that God will lead her to produce more volumes. Praise God, until today, she has produced 6 Volumes of Praise Dance, through God’s leading. I thank God for her wonderful ministry that has had a great impact around the world. I started teaching our church group in September 2003. Last year (2012), God led Rosa to come and help Rev Teoh and I to promote the Praise Dance ministry. With God’s leading and guidance, I started to train up more teachers to help out and today we have 4 committed excellent teachers. I hope more will come forward to help us in this ministry. Even through it was a struggle in the beginning, with God’s help and perseverance, we will see great results in the future, to the glory of God. It is my heart’s desire to see people coming to know God through this Praise Dance ministry. May God help us.

Why praise dance is such a blessing to me:

1. It gives me joy to be able to Praise God and exercise at the same time

2. Through Praise Dance, I have been blessed not only physically but spiritually

3. Constant exercise keeps me fit and healthy, whereas singing the songs from God’s word, helps strengthen me spiritually

4. As I have had no Chinese education, memorizing songs in Chinese has helped expand my understanding of the Chinese language.

5. As an instructor, I have to remember all the exercise movements well and this is a blessing to me mentally. My memory has improved vastly.

6. Through praise dance I thank God for the opportunity to share his word with others as well

7. It gives me joy to be able to share and teach praise dance to bless others and that is the reason why I am willing to put so much effort and time into this ministry. I want to encourage people to stay healthy through exercise.
